Raised in the Victorian Wimmera-Mallee wheat belt region, where his family’s third generation grain and sheep farm still operates today, Phil has an unwavering passion to make a significant contribution to the future of the Australian food manufacturing and agriculture industries. With more than 20 years’ experience as a strategy and business transformation delivery specialist in Australia and overseas, Phil has a deep understanding of the design, build and operations of food manufacturing facilities, environmental and sustainability needs, farm management and growth constraints, as well as the requirements to regenerate both the food manufacturing and agriculture industries from an investment, profitability and people perspective.
Gavin Evans

Gavin grew up in the Otway Ranges on a dairy farm that the Evans family settled in the 1880’s and continues to farm today. These rural roots are combined with a highly commercial view of the world and significant experience driving successful organisations. Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in corporate strategy, finance, business transformation and executive management roles across various industries in Australia, Asia, Europe & the UK. He has a clear vision and approach to sustainable farming models and how businesses in the supply chain need to be run, which culminated in Gavin founding Evans Agribusiness Trading (EAT) Group in 2008.

Brendan is an entrepreneur who specialises in building international markets for Australian companies. He has built businesses and distribution channels throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia and the ANZ region. Brendan possesses both the commercial and business knowledge to quickly grasp emerging opportunities and successfully navigate a route to market. He also has practical experience in branding and marketing premium Australian products and services. Brendan has created many business successes across a range of industry sectors and leverages his experience in brand building, marketing and distribution to create local and export opportunities for EAT’s portfolio of companies.
